Pam's Daily Wave...

Good Morning.....and Welcome to a brand-new week!

I hope you managed to find 20 mins yesterday to "let your mind wander", as I mentioned before, it's great if you can do this on a daily basis....

A while ago, I started writing all the things I felt thankful for, every day in my journal. I keep the back pages just for my "Thankful For" pages. I begin by drawing a picture of a tree (and please remember from my earlier blogs, I'm crap at drawing and painting....I truly wish I was artistic). I start with the trunk of the tree, then the branches and roots, then I add leaves. This for me illustrates how so many things in my life are interconnected and strong.

I then write down what I'm thankful for, putting a small circle, or heart, in between each word or statement. I have so many in each of my journals. I'm thinking of creating a piece of artwork with all the things I'm thankful for and framing it. That way, any time I feel a tad low, I can look on my wall and see all the incredible things that I'm thankful for 💗

Apparently, many people actually enjoyed listening to my demented Scottish pixie voice😊, which I was a little surprised at....pleasantly surprised.

So, in response, I'm going to record and post more of my blogs. I'm aiming to post a couple a week, most probably Monday and Friday mornings. I'll continue to post my "Daily Wave" in addition to the recordings, although not this morning, as I didn't want to overload this post.

I spent some time yesterday recording my blog "Latte Nights....That Beautiful, Hypnotic Merry-Go-Round", and have posted it on YouTube, and my website. I hope you enjoy it....

I have been asked recently if I only ever post my writings on Facebook - on the contrary, the full blog entry is posted on my website every day, I generally only post part of the blog on FB. If you would prefer to receive my "Daily Wave" direct to your inbox, please click the subscribe button below.

Well, I'd best go, I've got work to do and adventures to be had😊

Until next time,

Take care, Stay Safe and be Happy and Thankful!

Hugs,

Pam 🤗

PS... I'm super thankful that you took the time to read my musings and meanderings

Love this. And your drawing is not bad at all! I love the inspiration you provide me with each day. While I did not get 20 minutes yesterday to be thoughtful, I wake up each morning and thank God for all my blessings. I am working to expand the list instead of being so "vanilla" about it. It has gone a long way to help me start my day on a positive note.
