Good Morning and Welcome to my Atlantic Life in Hatteras 😊
This morning's sunrise....💗
As you know, I love mornings......that "magical time" just before sunrise, when everything suddenly seems possible....... and then, the sun actually rising in the sky, spreading warmth, light, hope and inspiration💗
Now, some say, "don't they all kind of look the same?"
Since moving to my Hatteras home over 2 years ago, I have seen the sunrise so many times (during the off season, I'm on the beach almost every day to watch this incredible sight and during our busy season at the inn, I try to get down as often as I can!), and I can honestly say, that each and every sunrise is completely unique and stunningly beautiful. Even though in many instances I'm in exactly the same spot on my beach, as the sun appears on the horizon and begins her ascent, this wonderful experience is always unique - where the sun appears on the horizon, the iridescent and spectacular colors, the weather, the patterns of clouds in the sky, and of course how my beloved ocean waters look!
The one thing that is "the same".....is the serenity, hope and inspiration that each and every sunrise brings me....🥰

What a beautiful way to start the day! My sun rises over corn and soybean fields; very different, but equally mesmerizing. (I do prefer the beach sunrises, though.)

I love the sunrise as well. I was fortunate to go to my part of the Atlantic when Inwas down there and watch the ever evolving colors and patterns on a beach inhale totallynto myself. Blessed.
